S960C Moving Blade Consistency Sensor adopts the active shear force measurement, which has high measurement accuracy, good stability and easy application. By selecting different sensitive blades, it can measure various pulps with a concentration range of 1.5%-8%. The sensor is structurally sealed, which can withstand pipeline pressure up to 10MPa, and themeasurement is not affected by pressure. The sensor shell adopts IP66 sealing to ensure that field dust, water and water vapor would not enter the sensor, so that the sensor has high reliability and long life. The sensor is an intelligent sensor with a differential processing chip, which can be easily calibrated and set parameters. The calibration and parameter setting methods are consistent with other intelligent sensors of Sunhightech, which is convenient, practical, concise and effective. The sensor can communicate with the controller or DCS system via a 4-20mA, RS485 signal. The converter adopts a touch LCD screen, the man-machine interface is friendly, and the setting operation can be completed directly on the converter without the help of other auxiliary equipment.
